How quickly will I receive my CandyFestival order?

We understand you can't wait for your candy! If you order on business days before [Enter time, e.g. 16:00] , we will ship your package the same day. Usually, you will receive your candy party the very next day. You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as the postman is on his way.

Can I create my own candy mix?

Absolutely! With our pick-and-mix candy, you can choose your own favorite flavors. We scoop them into one bag with love, so you get exactly the candy mix that makes you happy.

What are the shipping costs at CandyFestival?

We like to keep things transparent. For a standard package within the Netherlands, you pay € [Amount]. If you order for more than € [Amount], we will cover the shipping costs and delivery is completely free!

My favorite candy is sold out, what now?

Sometimes a candy sells so fast that it is temporarily out of circulation. Don't worry! We restock weekly. Leave your email address on the product page, and we will notify you immediately as soon as the stock is replenished.
