These TV Knotsen are already somewhat known as traditional Dutch candy. They became especially popular in the 1970s when children would eat them while watching television, and so they were commonly called TV Lolly or TV Knots. They were also called a "delicious stick." The lollipop is made of nougat and covered in white and milk cocoa powder.
