CANDY FESTIVAL INTRODUCES THE IDEAL SHOE GIFT: THE STOMPOUCE

the Stompouce: a delicious Sinterklaas chocolate letter decorated as a tompouce
After the Toumpouce and the Crompouce, now also the Stompouce: a delicious Sinterklaas chocolate letter shaped like a tompouce, completely filled with creamy custard and topped with a shiny, thin layer of delicious strawberry dip. The Stompouce is being CandyFestival.nl by Chocolaterie Reedijk . So silly, but so tasty! The very best stocking stuffer is available now at www.candyfestival.nl.
The Netherlands is gearing up again this year for the big Sinterklaas celebration, which will kick off on Saturday, November 18, when Sinterklaas and his Pieten arrive by steamboat in the fortified city of Gorinchem. Long before his arrival, supermarkets and bakeries are already stocked with a wide variety of kruidnoten, letters, and pepernoten. This year, the organizers of CandyFestival are adding a new variant: the Stompouce.
At CandyFestival.nl, we do nothing but follow TikTok trends and capitalize on them: spicy candies and chips, sour candies, folded lollipops, Halloween eyeballs, you name it. Developing an original version of the Crompouce, which has been popular on social media for weeks, was a must, says CandyFestival.nl owner Olaf Ouwerkerk
But how do you find a chocolatier willing to collaborate on the development of the Stompouce—precisely during the busiest chocolate months of the year? Dylan Reedijk, owner of Chocolaterie Reedijk in Strijen, quit his job as a pastry chef last year to fulfill his own dream with his own chocolate shop. “I’m always up for new and original ideas; I’ll even work on them at night if necessary. Together with the guys from Candyfestival, we came up with this version, and on my night off, I immediately got to work for them,” says Dylan.
The Stompouce is a cross between a tompouce and a Sinterklaas chocolate letter and will be available exclusively via www.candyfestival.nl.
We already knew that the stump puff is popular, many media outlets are now writing about it:
